
Mr. Dubé is currently involved in projects in the Energy, Transportation, Investment Banking, Services and has had significant success utilizing tools like Adobe Flex, SQL Reporting Services and .NET framework to deliver data integrity, digital dashboards, resource planning and utilization systems to a wide variety of clients.

Mr Alderson has worked actively in the IT industry since 1999 designing and developing web sites and web applications. During this time he has worked for blue chip clients such Mercedes Benz and Dell.
With a Bachelor's degree in Art and a diploma in Multimedia Production Mr Alderson brings a passion and talent for design to the team. Mr Alderson's focus with Grey Iron Media is on the creative aspects of web and application development as well as leading our Adobe Flash / Flex development initiatives.
Currently, Mr Alderson is very involved in the worldwide Adobe community and serves as the manager of the Calgary Flex User Group.

Steve has a strong background in Java and related Open Source Frameworks and Technologies including, but not limited to, J2EE, Struts, JSF, Hibernate, iBATIS, Spring, and JSR-168 Portlets. In addition to these tools, he also has skills in Microsoft .NET, Adobe Flex, and several database systems. Steve is an Object-Oriented developer whose skill set is easily transferable between development environments.
As Development Manager - Java Solutions, Steve will be coordinating all Java related clients and project teams to ensure the timely delivery and high development standards expected of the Grey Iron Team. Mr Schwieder brings years of experience with the Microsoft .NET framework as well as an extensive knowledge of the G.I.S. (Geographic Information Systems) world.
As a result of his skills and experience with the entire software lifecycle process, Mr. Schwieder is an asset to the Grey Iron Project Management team. Cam will be leading all .NET initiatives for Grey Iron Media and will be responsible for the development teams focused on Microsoft technologies. In addition to his Microsoft technology focus, Mr. Schwieder will be actively involved in some G.I.S tools developed as part of a Soils Based Risk Model that is aggressively used in the Energy Transportation sector.
