Duncan Dube
Duncan Dubé, B. Comm, PMP Senior VP, Project Management
 



Mr. Dubé has actively worked in IT development initiatives since graduating from the University of Saskatchewan in 1990. With a career focus on organizational efficiency through the effective utilization of corporate information, Mr. Dubé, has worked with in a wide variety of industries using the industry leading tools to assist this mandate. As a Project Management Professional (PMP), Mr. Dubé works closely with Grey Iron Media Clients and internal development team to ensure a corporate focus on results through the effective management of quality, scope and budget.

Mr. Dubé is currently involved in projects in the Energy, Transportation, Investment Banking, Services and has had significant success utilizing tools like Adobe Flex, SQL Reporting Services and .NET framework to deliver data integrity, digital dashboards, resource planning and utilization systems to a wide variety of clients.

Andrew Alderson
VP Rich Media / Creative
 



Mr Alderson has worked actively in the IT industry since 1999 designing and developing web sites and web applications. During this time he has worked for blue chip clients such Mercedes Benz and Dell.

With a Bachelor's degree in Art and a diploma in Multimedia Production Mr Alderson brings a passion and talent for design to the team. Mr Alderson's focus with Grey Iron Media is on the creative aspects of web and application development as well as leading our Adobe Flash / Flex development initiatives.

Currently, Mr Alderson is very involved in the worldwide Adobe community and serves as the manager of the Calgary Flex User Group.

Steve Jeske
Senior Project Manager, Java Solutions
 



Steve Jeske has worked actively in the IT industry since 1999 building robust and scalable software systems including e-business websites, Portal solutions, a litany of business solutions, and Rich Internet Applications (RIA). Steve has a Computer System Technology Diploma from Red Deer College and brings an effective mix of technology and business knowledge to Grey Iron Media to deliver high quality software systems that are customer focused. He has spent the last 8 years consulting in a wide variety of industries and has been successful in taking the knowledge gained from one industry and applying it to new industries.

Steve has a strong background in Java and related Open Source Frameworks and Technologies including, but not limited to, J2EE, Struts, JSF, Hibernate, iBATIS, Spring, and JSR-168 Portlets. In addition to these tools, he also has skills in Microsoft .NET, Adobe Flex, and several database systems. Steve is an Object-Oriented developer whose skill set is easily transferable between development environments.

As Development Manager - Java Solutions, Steve will be coordinating all Java related clients and project teams to ensure the timely delivery and high development standards expected of the Grey Iron Team. Cam Schwieder
Senior Project Manager, Microsoft Technologies
 



Mr. Schwieder brings over 7 years of experience in the Software Development process covering quality assurance, project management, customer service and development. Mr. Schwieder has a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, and is currently in the process of getting his Professional Engineering status.

Mr Schwieder brings years of experience with the Microsoft .NET framework as well as an extensive knowledge of the G.I.S. (Geographic Information Systems) world.

As a result of his skills and experience with the entire software lifecycle process, Mr. Schwieder is an asset to the Grey Iron Project Management team. Cam will be leading all .NET initiatives for Grey Iron Media and will be responsible for the development teams focused on Microsoft technologies. In addition to his Microsoft technology focus, Mr. Schwieder will be actively involved in some G.I.S tools developed as part of a Soils Based Risk Model that is aggressively used in the Energy Transportation sector.
